The following services are offered on an outsourced services model:

• Maintenance of Flight Planning & Aircraft Performance Databases:

	Enroute Navigation data (Way Points, VOR/DMEs, ATS Routes, FIRs, etc.) Airfields & Aerodrome Data Weather & Meteorological Data Aircraft Performance Data Aircraft Performance Degradation Data Aircraft Weight & Balance Data Overflight Charges, (inc. RNFC, PHC, TNLC)

• Flight Planning & Centralized Dispatch Services:

	Planning and analysis of the most suitable routes for a given origin-destination pair. Preparation of Computed Flight Plans (CFP) Preparation of Flight Briefing Kit for Crew, comprising weather briefing, NOTAM briefing and important airfield information. Preparation and filing of ATC Flight Plan (FPL). Re-filing FPL/ obtain ATC clearances in case of disruptions, delays and diversions. Obtain ADC/ FIC/ YA numbers. Runway analysis and preparation/ updation of RTOW Charts.

• Flight Documentation Support Services:

	Provide Trip Kits for flights. Manage all pre & post flight documentation and reports. Management of Flight Bag (on board documentation).

• Flight Following & Fleet Watch Services:

	Monitor and update aircraft movements with the assistance of Local Agents, Engineering Staff and Crew. Monitor and track NOTAMs and weather for active flights. Monitor ACARs/ SatCom messages from aircraft (if available). Collate and capture all the requisite data from the Tech Log.

• Flight Data Monitoring and Analysis:

	Data download from Flight Data Recorders (FDR) and Quick Access Recorders (QAR) Readout and Analysis Services

• Outsourced Engineering Back-Office Functions:

	OEM DOCUMENTATION DATA ENTRY/ CONVERSION SERVICES: Convert the following OEM supplied Documents to Database: Maintenance Planning Document (MPD) Aircraft & Component Maintenance Manuals (AMM/ CMM) Illustrated Parts Catalogue (IPC) Master Minimum Equipment List (MMEL) and preparation of Company MEL. Preparation on Approved Maintenance Program (AMP) for submission to CAAB AIRCRAFT & TECHNICAL RECORDS: Paper-to-Digital (P2D) Conversion of Aircraft & Maintenance Records to Database Aircraft & Technical Records required to prime up the system initially, viz., Aircraft Records, Opening Balance of Log Books, Fit Lists, and other initial data. Routine capture of aircraft utilization and all other requisite data contained on the Tech Logs. Capture date, time and accomplishment details of Closed Work Orders/ Work Packages. Capture details of component replacements (in/out). TECHNICAL SERVICES/ DEVELOPMENTAL ENGINEERING SERVICES: Receive and record of Services Bulletins (SBs) and Airworthiness Directives (ADs) and maintain database of the same. Carry out detailed analysis of SBs/ ADs to ascertain the applicability on client's fleet. Prepare Engineering Order (EO) and release to Engineering Planning to track repetitive tasks and for processing Work Order. Maintain Mod status of all aircraft in the fleet and provide Mod Status Reports as required. ENGINEERING PLANNING SERVICES: Develop 'Aircraft Maintenance Program' based on Aircraft Manufacturer supplied MPD and other local tasks, for each type of aircraft in the fleet. Audit all existing Aircraft Maintenance Records and submit report on discrepancies. Routine Monitoring of: Planned Maintenance Schedule (PMS) Upto C-Checks. Component Operational Service Life (COSL) (for Hard Life/ Limited Life Components). Out-of-Phase Tasks (OOPs). Non-Routine Cards (Snag/ Defect Rectification actions taken). Engineering Orders. Open MELs, CDLs and DMIs. Issue Work Cards for their closure. Based on above Callouts, create Work Orders and Task/ Job Instruction Cards, Planning Requisitions, audit and release the same to Line/ Base Maintenance Dept or 3rd party MRO Agency. Close Work Orders/ Work Packages based on Work accomplished by Line/ Base Maintenance Dept or 3rd party MRO Agency. RELIABILITY REPORTS: Collate and input all data required for processing of Monthly Reliability Reports Generate Monthly Reliability Report as per standardized/ client-defined format.
